SHOWTIME SPORTS TRAINING AGREEMENT
Services Provided
Showtime Sports LLC (“Showtime”) provides athletic training and development services, including group training sessions, individual training sessions, film study, and performance development.
Membership tiers include:
Bronze: Group training sessions only
Silver: Group training, individual sessions, and group film sessions
Gold: A comprehensive athlete development program, which may include individual training, film study, performance tracking, branding support, recruiting preparation, and additional services as determined by Showtime.
Showtime reserves the right to modify or adjust services to best support athlete development.
Membership & Payment Terms
Membership is billed monthly.
Payment will be automatically charged on the same calendar day each month as the initial payment date.
All payments are non-refundable.
Failure to maintain an active payment may result in suspension or removal from participation.
Scheduling & Attendance
Training sessions are scheduled in advance.
Attendance is the responsibility of the athlete and parent/guardian.
Missed sessions are forfeited and will not be rescheduled, credited, or carried over.
Code of Conduct
Athlete and parents/guardians are expected to always maintain respectful and appropriate behavior.
Misconduct includes, but is not limited to:
Disrespect toward coaches, staff, or other athletes
Disruptive behavior during sessions
Failure to follow instruction
Unsafe or inappropriate conduct
Showtime reserves the right to remove any athlete at its sole discretion.
Media & Promotion
Showtime may photograph or record training sessions and related activities and may use such content for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes.
Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Participation in athletic training involves inherent risk, including injury.
By participating, the athlete and parent/guardian acknowledge and accept these risks and release Showtime Sports LLC, its staff, and affiliates from any liability related to participation.
No Agent Relationship
Showtime provides training and development services only under this agreement.
Showtime does not provide athlete representation, legal services, or financial advisory services under this agreement.
Separate agreements may be entered into for representation or advisory services where applicable.
Termination
Membership may be cancelled by the athlete or parent/guardian at any time.Showtime reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation at its discretion.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.
